Question
We have been trying the Natural Calm powder for a few weeks now. We are not sure if it’s working though. We are looking for something for my 80 year old grandmother who has chronic constipation. She is up to date on all of her colon checks. All is clear.
Do you have any recommendations?

Answer
Natural Calm Magnesium Supplement will work to bring chronic constipation relief. You need to keep increasing the dose until her stools become comfortably loose.

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in your body and 90% of people are deficient so your grandmother is absorbing the magnesium in Natural Calm magnesium supplement as a mineral to her body; which is a good thing. When you receive more magnesium than your body requires, the excess gets eliminated through the colon. It then hydrates the colon (i.e. adds water) and your stools become softer. Too much excess magnesium will make your stools watery. Most laxatives are made from magnesium. They mostly use magnesium oxide which is hard for your body to absorb. Using Natural Calm magnesium supplement give your body the much needed magnesium and, if you take enough, it will give you chronic constipation relief. So your body benefits in two ways; fights magnesium deficiency and constipation relief.

You need magnesium to absorb your calcium. If you don’t get enough magnesium then the calcium will be stored in your body. This can cause problems like arthritis and kidney stones.

Too much calcium can be constipating and sometimes Natural Calm magnesium supplement will cause the excess stored calcium to be released (which is a good thing) and cause constipation. This constipation is very temporary and soon Natural Calm will bring constipation relief.

So have your grandmother continue with taking Natural Calm magnesium supplement and keep increasing her dose slowly until her bowels are comfortably loose.
